To successfully monitor and evaluate how our patients feel about the quality of care they are receiving or have received through Independent Home Health Care, is very important to us. In order to provide and to continue to provide good quality health care, we feel that it is vital and welcomed to hear from our patients on how they think we are doing. To help with this issue, Independent Home Health Care has a survey process.
